GUTTER CLEANING FOR THE GREATER PUGET SOUND AREA
Gutters are designed to keep water off of your house and property. Water runoff may swiftly damage and deteriorate home siding, as well as create floods. Because we all know how often it rains in Seattle, we cannot stress enough the significance of getting your gutters cleaned up on a yearly basis (or more if needed).

When gutters get clogged, they begin to overflow, and the weight of the debris and extra water puts a great deal of stress on the gutters, causing damage, bending, and breaking. Don’t wait until it’s too late and you’re faced with a huge repair charge to take care of it.
In the winter, if your gutters are blocked and they freeze over while they are full, they become very heavy and are more likely to break off, particularly if it snows and snow runs off, adding to the gutters’ extra weight.
We scoop and blow the material away to guarantee that all of your gutters and eavestroughs are in good working order. If we missed a blockage, we’ll gladly return at no cost. We provide three levels of cleaning, which involve blowing off loose material from the roof and administering a moss treatment.
Additionally, the face (outside) will get dirty with time. We can clean them up and make them seem new again.
GUTTER CLEANING
Gutters are a home’s most neglected asset. Gutters should be cleaned at least annually to maintain a free-flowing system. Our gutter clearings include a complimentary roof blow*, cleaning of downspouts, and property clean-up.
We ensure proper cleaning of gutters by leaf blowing loose debris from the roof’s peaks and valleys. We then hand-scoop all debris from the gutters. We do not leaf-blow out your gutters.
ONEANDDONE is considerate of your properties cleanliness while we perform our work from the roof or ladders. We always clean-up any debris that may have fallen down from the roof during service.
GUTTER REPAIR
Gutters wear and tear just like anything else on a home. We can repair almost any gutter by realigning, re-securing, and resealing.
Complimentary minor gutter repairs: Complimentary with any and all gutter cleanings we include any minor repairs of gutters as we clean them. This includes re-securing any loose gutters, as well as unclogging any downspouts. Please note: reseals and realignments are not included in the complimentary service. If requested, these would be an additional charge.
Gutter reseals are tricky. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the work of another installer. Overtime these seals have warped, cracked, or split and seesawing is not always successful depending on the extent of the wear in the section of the gutter. However, if it CAN be done ONEANDDONE can get it done! We caulk the corners with matching white caulk, the best on the market.
