We use only the most gentle techniques and procedures to prolong the life and appearance of your home and property. We offer three levels of cleaning, depending on budget considerations.

OneAndDone’s Basic Roof Care Service:
For people who want to remove loose material that has accumulated on the roof, this first choice is recommended. Roof debris traps moisture, encourages moss growth, and shortens the life of the roof. In addition, the roof appears to be neglected, which takes away from curb appeal.
OneAndDone’s “The Deluxe Package” (Most Common)
We pay particular attention to removing as much moss as possible using a soft bristle brush, following the edges of the tiles where the spores grow. This allows us to safely loosen the moss from the roof and simply blow it away with a low-pressure commercial-grade backpack blower. This technique won’t eliminate everything, but will most likely remove around 95% of it. Lastly, we will put down a moss killer/prevention. For shingles, metal, and some composite roofs, this is the best option.
OneAndDone’s “Premium Package”
A bleaching/herbicide solution is sprayed over your roof, essentially killing any organics. The debris is then left on your roof to weather away, which might take many months depending on the amount of growth on your roof. It will gradually revert to its original state. More than one coating may be required on certain roofs. For tile, metal, and certain composite roofs, this is the best option.
