Our story

From a bike trailer to a full exterior company

Drew Agan started working for himself at 14, pulling a homemade trailer behind his bike to get his lawn mowing equipment from one customer to the next.

In 2013, in his hometown of Austin, Texas, One and Done got its start as a lawn cutting service. Working alongside his father, Drew found his real passion was exterior cleaning, and the business grew into what it is today.

Now based in Tukwila, One and Done takes care of roofs, gutters, siding, concrete and holiday lighting for homes and businesses across the Seattle area. This is not a side gig. It is a career, and every job is treated that way.
